Our standard Support Options are free and are available throughout your free trial and paid subscription.
Support Options
Bryt offers multiple support options, including:
Bryt Knowledge Base – this is our comprehensive documentation on the features and functionality of the Bryt System.
GUIDE ME Tours - Interactive walk-throughs that guide our users to learn-by-doing. Bryt uses GUIDE ME Tours to assist our users in implementation and in learning new features in the Bryt system.
Product Videos – Browse our library of product videos designed to help you understand the features and functions of the Bryt System.
Chat Support – Chat support is available to all users. Simply click the “Chat” link located at the bottom of the “Need Help?” Widget.

Email Support - Email support is available to all users, regardless of the product purchased. Simply click the “Email Support” link in the “Bryt Support Options” of the “Need Help?” Widget.

Support Hours
Our standard support hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, excluding Holidays.

Chat Support: If our chat support is not available during these times, you may still use the chat function to leave your message. When Chat support is available, we will address your questions immediately. If Chat support is not available and you choose to leave a message using the Chat tool, we will respond to your message no later than the end of the next business day.

Email Support: Generally, we are actively responding to support emails during support hours. We make every attempt to respond to support emails on the day that they are received, but we are committed to responding to your email no later than the end of the next business day.

Telephone Support: Generally, we are actively responding to support phone calls during support hours. We make every attempt to respond to support phone calls as they are received, but we are committed to responding to your phone calls no later than the end of the next business day.
